She is an average looking woman, she's abit thinner and shorter than average. Stands five feet, two inches and weighs approximately one hundred pounds. Eyes are cornflower blue and her hair is dark brown, usually long and sometimes tied back. Average-small build, would be mistaken for a young or middle teenager, usually wears plaid clothing along with jeans, running shoes, and bright colored shirts.
She has a scar that covers almost her entire back, and looks like a bad chemical burn; but since its been years since the incident, its simply an off color of the skin now. The scar goes from an inch under the shoulders and down two inches above the tailbone in length; in width, its about an half inch from both sides (It's a VERY large scar and rather off colored).

PERSONALITY:
Malkav is a very spunky girl, in personality. Shes fascinated in mystery and literature, and is into video gaming, like most normal ‘geeks’ in the human world. Though, she hates being social and keeps to herself since she still faces the trauma she endured in her late teen years; she doesn’t trust anyone. The only thing she trusts now are the voices that keep her out of trouble, since they are also more of a ‘danger sense’ and information gatherers. Amaryllis atleast tries to be a normal person in society. She is slightly hotheaded, and rather pushy.
She has a possible case of insanity, but it is kept down with medications to keep her from suffering an insanity outbreak. Her mental episodes consists in extreme panic, severe insanity moments (where she would think there are monsters and evil creatures around her and everyone appears as the creatures, she would also think that shes in a pit she can't get out of or she would start to converse with herself like someones there but not really), involuntary and random use of her powers, and accidental harm to self or others.
DISORDERS AND ILLNESSES: Anxiety Disorder, Anti-Social Personality Disorder, Severe Hallucinogenic Disorder, Severe Insomnia, and Mild Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

POWERS
Malkav is a lesser psion but considered dangerous none the less, her powers had developed weeks after the incident during High School. Most of the psionics happen automatically, making it difficult for her to use or control them manually without suffering major migraines. Powers are subject to growth as time flows from roleplays.
●Dementation: the ability to mess with people's minds, either to make them temporarily insane or to believe that she's invisible. It is possibly used to keep anyone off her back, if she needs to get away. For temporary insanity, it usually lasts from fifteen minutes to possibly two hours and a half; it does also depend on the person affected by it. The insanity may deal with homicidal (or increased violent behavior for the good guys), severe depression or severe mental 'fantasy' projection (like they would think they are in a fantasy and believe their surroundings is the fantasy... Hallucinations). Its highly possible that temporary insanity can be negated by a more powerful psionic user, or length shortened if its a strong willed person (which will most likely be someone like spider man, etc)

●Clairvoyance: the ability to perceive forms of energy that others normally can't; Malkav can see only auras around living beings, such as: humanoids, animals, insects, or anything of the like. The auras are vary in color and size, due to perhaps personality or emotion of the beings, but the normal size she sees for auras are about two inches thick. Sometimes the auras might have more than one color, and it adds more meaning to personality or emotion. (example: someone has an aura, which is two inches thick and has clear red with orange and green tints. might mean that they are energetic, outgoing and communicative or that they have a calming positive emotion)
●Schizophrenia: developed after diagnosed with insanity; Malkav can hear voices in her head that no one else can--not unless they are telepathic. These voices speak in multiple volumes and pitches, speaking only truths. They are of most cases "danger sense" or information dealing, they will sometimes warn her of danger or tell her information that may be important. There may be occasional conversation between herself and these voices, whether verbally or mentally. Conversations between her and them will generally grow worse and more frequent as time flows as result to her predicament.
●Minor Telepathy: She can read the minds of others or send telepathic messages. It’s a really low level, and there are times she can’t really control it as it becomes an automatic thing (and I will be sure to gain permission of players before this is used).
Strengths:
Being, and working alone allows her to be less paranoid, since in her beliefs; everyone has a level of evil on them, and it is a bad idea to let her guard down. Having herself aware of her surroundings, allows her to detect if shes going to be attacked before she becomes seriously harmed. Shes pretty fast on her feet, and being trained in hand-to-hand combat allows her to react to offensive physical contact, and if its too much to handle she will find a way to get her enemy to back off before she can escape.
Weaknesses:
Amaryllis has a nasty temper, and can hold grudges, but shes not easily angered unless she has a very reason to be. Shes easily irritated on certain levels, and dislikes being pushed or forced in any form. Despite her powers and emotional complications, shes still prone to injury, and with her form being very slender—its easy to hurt her. And because shes physically vulnerable, it spikes her paranoia, and being around people she does not know makes her even more paranoid. Even when she had learned to control her powers, using them manually strains her severely—especially from prolonged use; she develops a severe migraine or become near-comatose.
ABILITIES
Combat Trained: Exceptionally well at self defense, had been subjected to martial arts training in her youth and later military combat in the institute by her adopted father. While she may be easy to squish, she knows twelve ways to bring a man down without needing brute strength.
Stealth: Experienced at hiding, it was part of military training for espionage techniques.
"Escape Artist": Has a nack from escaping factions, if it's a building or has a roof, walls, rooms, doors, she will find a way to get out even if it may take her awhile.
Crafting: Having started dabbing in jewelry and bead craft since her escape, she found a hobby in it and that she was very good at doing it (it also racked up some decent money too) so she can make trinkets and things out of habit to keep herself busy or if she needs money.
Linguistic: Fluent in German and French, may be learning other languages.

HISTORY:
Amaryllis Camryn was a single child out of her family, and had to live with her mother and grandmother because her father died of cancer. Ammy was homeschooled by her mother and grandmother and took martial arts classes so she could learn to defend herself. Her grandmother, Psite, decided to teach her the knowledge of psionic powers and trained Amaryllis to recognize and identify them. Ammy learned all that she was taught, but after Psite died of an unknown cause, Amaryllis had to attend high school since her mother couldn't hold homeschooling for her anymore.
During high school, she was constantly bullied due to her size and the fact she was a homeschool child. Although, her outsider appearance also caused unwanted attention to come from jealous girls who been trying to be perfectly beautiful to attract their crushes. To their fear, Ammy would take their guys, but they did not know her enough to know that she wasn't interested in any relationships. Amaryllis suffered through torment throughout her teenage years, being bullied by prep girls that were trying to get her kicked out of the school; that all ended one day in science class.
One of the female bullies was stupid enough to set Amaryllis' back on fire with a flammable chemical that burned skin and muscle tissues when in contact with human skin. During Ammy's reign of panic, it caused an full scale evacuation and attention to emergency professionals to put out the fire on her body and take her to the hospital. She fell into comatose for three weeks, later awaking to suffer slight insanity from the trauma. Doctors became concerned, and told her she will be having back problems for the rest of her life due to having loss of a lot of skin and some major muscle tissues from that incident. And seeing her mental state, they proceeded to try and transfer her to a mental hospital prior to her physical recovery.
As another week passed, she began to develop psionic powers, though to the point she could not control it and it caused her to go through highly insane incidents each time it was too much for her. Sometimes during the episodes, it caused some doctors to become insane and almost slaughter each other, though luckily help came in to stop it and sedate her from causing more unintentional harm. She could not be transferred yet because she had not healed enough to be walking or anything too physical.
After her recovery, instead of being taken to a mental hospital, she was picked up by a Government agent named Johnathan Bishop and was placed under his care. In a sense, he became her adopted father since her mother had died from a heart attack after hearing the news of what happened to Amaryllis. Having no other family now, she had turned to Bishop for help, being placed in an institute where she was trained to control her abilities and boost her self defense. Amaryllis was also kept on medications, though doses becoming smaller each time she became more successful in controlling her episodes as well as the abilities she can turn off.
During her time at the institute, she made a friend, who was also close to her age; but he was son to one of the government agents in the facility. He decided to give her an Alias, something that reminded him of a video game he played. He named her "Malkav", a name based from a game called Vampire: The Masquerade where the name originated from a vampire race known as Malkavians. This race was full of highy psychotic vampires with psionic powers similar to what Amaryllis had. Amaryllis, who was now called "Malkav", wasn't able to completely control her insanity problem despite her successes to control most of it as well as her powers. She was kept on twenty-four hour surveillance and occasional medications to make sure she wont harm herself or anyone in case she goes through an episode that she cannot control. Malkav was known to be extremely dangerous because of her capabilities and the fact that she cannot completely control her problems.

Sometimes people wondered if life were simpler, sometimes it can be. Malkav didn't think so, as she placed a book where it belonged, organizing in books that were returned or traded in. She mentally sighed in depression as she continued with her job, she wished it was more simple, for a librarian job like this--shed wish it would pay more regardless of her incomplete education.
Malkav groaned a little, glaring at the books for a while, the job was easy to get but the pay wasn't enough despite she had been here for almost a year. She had been slowly getting more money, though not enough to go by with her rent and food expenses. At this rate, she'd have to find some way to get more money, work another job..
But what can she do, unless she decides to go into college or whatever, shes stuck with this sort of life. It made her wonder if it was a good idea to escape the facility she was in for several years, but then if she stayed longer, it wouldn't help her with the fact she cannot completely control her mental problems. Medications helped, but shes not sure how much longer she was going to keep using them.
Amaryllis glanced to the wheel rack for any more books that needed to go back on the shelf, seeing that there were no more, she took the rack and pushed it back to the front desk where it would belong.
"You have more books to put away, Ms. Camryn."
The voice came from the older woman at the desk, who pointed over towards another rack that had books on it. The woman was dressed in a nice purple hued sweater, jean skirt, and had her grayish hair tied in a bun.
"Alright, Mrs. Willows." Amaryllis answered, taking the other rack and taking it towards the first self that marked A-D nonfiction to place any books that belonged there before trying the next shelf. It was a bit troublesome but it kept her busy, plus she was surrounded by books--there is no way she wanted to loose this job. Ever.
